Mart is from Baton Rouge, LA. He is a 2013 graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis in advertising. His major strengths include strong leadership initiative, building and maintaining client relationships, and great organization skills.

While at Southern, Mart was a referee and supervisor for USM Recreational Sports. He was the president, co-captain, and captain of the Ultimate Frisbee Team. He was also the president pro-temp, senator, and senior senator of the Student Government Association. Mart was the Member at Large of the American Advertising Federation USM Chapter, as well as a member of Alpha Delta Sigma Honor Society.

Mart plays ultimate frisbee competitively and loves to travel. He also likes running in his spare time.

Former Governor William Winter gave the Keynote address which addressed how business owners like Charles Holder have played a large role in pushing the state of Mississippi forward.

Bailey is from Hattiesburg, MS and a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi, where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in graphic design in 2012. Her major strengths include print design, layout, branding, identity development and photography.

While at Southern, Bailey was the Licensing Chair and Membership Development Chair for her sorority, Delta Delta Delta. She currently serves on the Board for Jones County Young Professionals. She also has experience as a designer from a marketing firm in Grayton Beach, Florida and The University of Southern Mississippi’s Marketing & Communications department.

Bailey loves everything the ocean has to offer, anywhere from a quiet fishing trip to scuba diving. She also enjoys painting, live entertainment, and maintaining the responsibilities of a social media expert.

Growing up in the South, I have high expectations for crawfish. They have to be really spicy, but I have to admit, I got my fix! They were cooked perfectly and the event was a success. We at Roberts Creative, enjoy any chance we get to socialize (not to mention, eat!) with fellow young professionals, and will surely be jonesing for the next chance to do so.

Hol-Mac Corporation celebrated its completed expansion this past Tuesday with a ribbon cutting ceremony in Bay Springs, MS. Governor Phil Bryant assisted local and Hol-Mac officials in cutting the ribbon which marked the company’s $3.8 million investment and the creation of 150 new jobs. 100 of these jobs are already in place.
Hol-Mac supplies and manufactures steel fabrications, cylinders and tanks. The recent expansion added approximately 40,000 square feet to one of their facilities to accommodate Hol-Mac’s increasing production.
 
“Hol-Mac has been a valued member of the Bay Springs community and valued business partner to the State of Mississippi for fifty years, and I appreciate the company for its continued trust in our business climate and confidence in our workforce,” said Governor Bryant.

We are thrilled to have won 1 Gold Addy this year on the Laurel Main Street Walking tour and 1 Silver addy for the Thermokool website. Working on these projects was a blast. LAUREL, Miss. — Roberts Creative, a multi-media ad agency located in downtown Laurel, Miss., has welcomed two new employees to its innovative staff. Crystal Gordon and Zac Freundt are joining our network as distinguished and experienced Graphic Designers and Web Developers. Gordon and Freundt will be working to help build campaigns to promote businesses and individuals over print, radio, television and web media.

At Roberts Creative, Freundt utilizes his talent and challenges his creativity as an experienced designer and web developer. Freundt a 23-year-old University of Southern Mississippi graduate, earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in graphic design in 2011. Freundt’s major strengths include design, illustration, web development, CSS, custom WordPress themes, character design, vector art, and marketing and promotional advertising. He also has experience and training in mass communication production, motion graphics, and theatre set design.

Freundt is also a graphic novel enthusiast and maintains an exclusive Webcomic collective called Mediocre Militia, a venue where artist are invited to display their work. Roberts

Creative Group is excited to welcome Freundt and believes he will be a valuable asset to the diverse company.

Crystal Gordon is also joining the Roberts Creative team as an experienced web developer and designer. Gordon is a 26-year-old from Picayune, Miss and a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in graphic design in 2011.

Gordon has experience in theater tech including costume and set design and has found  working with textiles, printmaking, and woodworking something she thoroughly enjoys. She has many strengths and talents and we are excited to be able to utilize and showcase those here at Roberts Creative. Gordon is highly skilled in vector art, illustration, typography, and web design/CSS. We are thrilled to welcome her to the Roberts Creative team.

Another little tidbit, this company that was purchased for 1 billion dollars was Instagram. Which is wild because as of today an issue of the New York Times is currently valued at 967 Million which is somewhere close to 100 years old.
